We had an amazing evening with 4 great local Culinary Colleges. Holyoke Community College, Connecticut Culinary, New England Culinary Institute, and Johnson and Wales were all present. They surprised us with all they offer and the differences that each has to offer. They were exciting and sparked conversation. They did have a great audience as well. 6 Culinary High Schools were represented: Dean Tech, Putnam, Lower Pioneer Valley Collaborative, Franklin Tech, and Smith VoTech. The Students were sparked by the information they gathered. I heard that many have started to look forward to January's culinary competition! Thank you to all the Colleges for making an exciting and informative evening.
Note to add: we had our first Full House in a long time. Come to the next meeting and continue the trend!
