Last week the PVCA did its annual Food Safety Refresher Class for Rachel's Table. They were very excited to have us. It went very well with approx. 20 food kitchens represented. Debbie Rubenstein, Director of Rachel's Table has sent us a wonderful Thank you letter to Chef Lonnie Rickets, Chef John Kislo, and Chef Gary Weiss for their support. She stated that "all the agencies found the class interesting and helpful and had their share of laughs also." They also really enjoyed the snacks that were brought. They appreciated the gift the PVCA gives every year of pocket thermometers for each attendee. Thermometers will come in handy.
